SmartYourLink attempts to open links inside native apps whenever possible. However, because app-opening behavior depends on device, browser, OS, and platform restrictions, we cannot guarantee this behavior in all cases. Redirect behavior may vary across Chrome, Safari, Instagram in-app browser, iOS, Android, or different operating system versions.

Our links may redirect to or integrate with third-party platforms such as YouTube, Instagram, TikTok, or Google OAuth. We are not responsible for changes made by these platforms or for their specific behavior, limitations, or availability.
The SmartYourLink brand, design, software, user interface, and all associated intellectual property are owned by SmartYourLink. Users may not copy, replicate, or sell our technology without written permission.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms, misuse the Services, or engage in fraudulent or harmful behavior.
The Services are provided “as-is.” SmartYourLink does not guarantee uninterrupted service, error-free functionality, or compatibility across all browsers, devices, and operating systems. We are not responsible for indirect or consequential damages.
You agree to indemnify and hold SmartYourLink harmless from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and legal fees arising out of your misuse of the Services.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, USA. Any disputes must be resolved in the courts of Orange County, California.
